The retention of well-qualified early intervention personnel across the career continuum and at every level of experience is crucial to support the learning, development, and improved outcomes for children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. These benefits rely on having a workforce that is equipped with the needed knowledge, skills, and abilities in early intervention.
